SDSC presents a fitness program for players who want to put in the extra work over the summer to become stronger and faster in preparation for tournament and league season. This fitness session incorporates speed, agility, strength and endurance workouts from the top clubs in Europe and Latin America, providing players with two extra focused workout sessions a week in June to jumpstart their 2019-20 season.
SoccerFit is directed by Mark Connelly, SDSC’s US Soccer Development Academy U13 Head Coach, with the goal of maximizing the fitness level of each player in order to move their game to the next level.
